Mr. Abo El Yazid is currently serving as CEO and Managing Director of Citystars Management and Real Estate Consultation Company. He was previously appointed as the Managing Director of The Oriental for Industrial Development and Touristic projects and Cairo for Touristic Investments.

Mr. Abo El Yazid serves as a board member in serval companies including; Nile City for Investments (Fairmont Hotels), Golden Pyramids Plaza (Holding company of Citystars Heliopolis and Citystars Sharm El Sheikh projects), Radamis for Real Estate Investments, Al Mashrik for Touristic and Urban Development, Al Ahly Development and Investment, El Shams Pyramids Company for Hotels and touristic projects (Rixos Hotels) and South Valley for cement.
